If you can't find Paul in the gym, you will find him watching movies, sport or spending time with his family. Paul specialise's in weight management, strength and conditioning training as well as chronic fatigue recovery and contest preparation. Paul loves seeing his clients motivate others so also focuses on couple and small group training sessions – the more people involves the most exciting it can become.
Paul has been into sports and fitness most of his life, playing A grade Rugby Union for 10 years of which including representing the Sunshine Coast. He has also excelled in other sporting arenas including becoming a junior golf champion and an international mixed netball player. Currently Paul is competing as a Natural Body Builder.
Apart from Paul's passion with all things health and fitness, Paul also loves to travel. He is been lucky enough to travel to over 30 countries around the world. Where he ran with the bulls in Spain and climbed one of the tallest mountains in Africa. Paul's love for life is showcased most when he is working with his clients on the gym floor striving harder every day to help them achieve their goals.
