Tegan fell in love with being active from the age of six when she began little athletics and over the years, her passion led her to competitive sports. Tegan was lucky enough to win numerous State medals in athletics, making the junior Olympic team in gymnastics, and also competed at Nationals in swimming. Her love of sports and desire to help others succeed also guided her to become an athletics and swimming coach during her teenage years.
After a prolonged break from competitive sports due to injury and illness, Tegan realised that something was missing in my life so she began training in the gym. Training wasn't just about regaining her fitness and improving her body, but also helped improve her mental health by relieving stress, anxiety and building self-esteem. Tegan fell in love with fitness all over again, and decided to become a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. Tegan goal is to help show other people going through similar experiences and challenges how living an active healthy lifestyle can not only improve their physical well-being but also their mental well-being.
