The Reason You Teach - I love watching people having fun whilst exercising. It shouldn't be a chore or something you don't look forward to. It should be a part of your day you can't wait to get to. That's how it feels for me & that's how I'd like my participants to feel.
Your Motivation or Inspiration - My Motivation are the people in front of me during classes. They keep me motivated, they make me want to work harder & be better at what I do. They also genuinely inspire me. Each participant has a reason for being there & I want to help fulfill that.
Your Mentor - Tough one. I feel like I don't have a mentor as such. What I do have is an amazing team of GFI's that each time I train/teach with, I learn things from them. I always pick up something new by teaming with my friends :)
