Dasha has been in the fitness industry for 7 years. As a young girl she played tennis, touch and excelled at athletics especially long and short distance running. Her passion for personal training came when she was 21 years old. At this age she was feeling lost and like she wasn't taking good care of her mind or body. So she decided to get herself a personal trainer and focus on Muay Thai boxing for fitness. Thanks to her trainer she knew what she wanted to do with her life. "Training helped me gain focus, helped me feel confident, strong and most of all healthy. I wanted to share my experience with others, I wanted people to know how your life could change simply by changing your attitude towards exercise and diet." She enrolled to become a personal trainer the following year.
