Your Favourite Release or Move - The Surfer/Snowboarder: its basically a 180 degree squat jump. Really fun, high energy exercise that burns lots of calories while toning your bum and legs J
The Reason You Teach - I love exercise, people and music. Group fitness combines all of these and creates a fun and challenging environment where you push fitness boundaries. To me it feels like one big sweaty rave party.
Your Motivation or Inspiration - I am my own motivation, everyday I want to be a better, stronger and more capable version of myself. I know if I look after myself my husband and son will reap the benefits of having a positive, healthy and clear minded wife and mother. My inspiration however comes from all the other group and personal trainers. Seeing them take awesome classes and be great PT's makes me want to follow their example.
Your Mentor - Too many to list over the years. My old trainer when I was 21, who made me want to get into the fitness industry, my peers and co-workers through out the years and my teachers who helped me get my certificates in fitness
