Your Mentor - Karen Russell and Eve Rowe (Phelan), Both these Inspirational ladies inspired me not only by the way they teach but also by the humble, kind people they are. Down to earth and approachable. I was lucky enough to have Karen and Jerome for my Initial pump training and Karen for my Cxworx training as well. Eve was my Grit Strength trainer and the amazing Chris Hutton for my Step Training . So many incredible trainers and instructors so these are only the tip of the iceberg that inspire me each and everyday.
