Programs You are Certified to Teach - I now only teach Pilates, it's my specialty & I don't want to water it down with anything else, I teach 12 classes per week.
Your Favourite Release or Move - My favourite exercise is when you kneel on all 4s and you have a ball under your ankles and you roll your legs out into a plank position and back in again.
The Reason You Teach - Simple answer is because i Love it
Your Motivation or Inspiration - I find motivation in the energy of a large group fitness class and I'm constantly inspired to study more and get more knowledge of the human body as we age.
Your Mentor - My mentor is an 82 year old yoga teacher who has been teaching on the coast for 40 years. She now teaches yoga at the university of the 3rd age and gets 100 people to a class. That will be me in only 30 years.
