Your Favourite Release or Move - I really don't have a favourite release as they all have a favourite move or track in each. I absolutely LOVE teaching CXWorx as its foundations are pilates based and have a strong focus on alignment and balance which is where true strength lies when it comes to the human body.

The Reason You Teach - I enjoy teaching GF because it keeps me going and even when im running low in energy, the energy of the room and participants picks me up instantly. We are all training hard together!

Your Motivation or Inspiration - The new releases each quarter keeps it interesting and forever challenging the mind and body with new moves and learning. Keeps the brain ticking also!

Your Mentor - Again I don't have one particular mentor in the industry. I just love any instructor who is funny, fit, motivating and unique. I am very much looking forward to learning from Libby Howard (BODY BALANCE TRAINER).
