Your Favourite Release or Move - I love half-pigeon which targets the major leg muscle groups, in particular the glutes. The legs are out biggest muscle group in the body and as a result, stretching them actually can help to bring some major emotional shifts when the tension is released. I also love some more advanced poses like side crow, inversions and balances.
The Reason You Teach - I get so much out of attending a yoga class myself (physically, emotionally and mentally) and being able to share this gift with others is so rewarding. It's great seeing people progress in their yoga practice and asanas
Your Motivation or Inspiration - Yoga provides you with the ability to stretch and be fit, but even more importantly it assists with your mental health. If my classes can help to improve someone's day or give them some outlet from the busyness or stress in their life my job is done!
Your Mentor - Natasha Rumble has been my yoga mentor for so many years. I never miss her classes and I love how hard she pushes her students.
