Your Favourite Release or Move - My favorite release in Body Balance is ALL OF THEMMy favorite yoga move, I have two! Three legged dog with a hip opener. so many wonderful benefits- an energizing pose, upper body strength, beautiful hip opener. and second move is the wide leg forward fold - it's a calming and centering pose, bringing clarity to the mind, spinal flexion, deep hamstring stretch, and also a rejuvenating pose, as we hang upside down we feed the spine and brain fresh oxygenated blood.
