The Reason You Teach - I love seeing people be surprised at what they can actually do! A group support scenario often will push people to a level beyond what they thought they were capable of.

Your Motivation or Inspiration - Group Fitness is such a great way to continually meet some incredible people. Everyone has a story to share, a life that is different from your own. Its wonderful to discover and share experiences with people

Your Mentor - My personal fitness inspiration are my parents. They both absolutely defy any boundary that is placed in front of them and are avid cyclists and triathletes. The cool thing is, they both support each other continually and use exercise as both a physical health outcome and also social too.
