Your membership entitles you to do as many classes as your week can handle. We offer over 50 hours per week of group fitness classes all covered under the one low weekly membership fee.
RPM – Is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials and interval training.
SPRINT - Is built on the science of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). It's a quick and hard style of training that returns rapid results with minimal joint impact. All performed on a indoor cycling bike.
BODYATTACK – Is a sport-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises.
BODYCOMBAT – Is the empowering group fitness cardio workout where you are totally unleased. This non-contact but fiercely energetic program is inspired by mixed martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Taekwondo, Tai chi and Muay Thai.
BODYPUMP – It's a revolutionary weight training workout that strengthens tones and defines every muscle in your body. Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you'll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning
CXWORX - CXWorx really hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It's ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.
ZUMBA- is a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO." The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
BOXING - Ezyfit Boxing ultilises boxing drills and combinations, designed to give you greater inner confidence whilst building agility and strength.
GRIT Series - The best of GRIT Plyo, Strength and Cardio rolled into one mega class - GRIT Series is the ultimate muscle-building, fat-burning, agility-enhancing workout. In just 30 minutes you and your classmates will make your way through a high intensity series of tracks designed to get you super fit, super-fast.
GRIT Series “Strength" - GRIT Strength is a 30 minute high intensity interval training workout that takes you into overdrive to go hard, push harder and get you fitter, super-fast! The short sharp demanding exercises that increases aerobic capacity, strength, muscular endurance, metabolism and power.
GRIT Series “Cardio" - GRIT Cardio is a 30 minute high intensity interval training workout that features explosive high impact movements designed to burn fat and improve athletic capacity.
GRIT Series “Plyo" - GRIT Plyo is an intense plyometric based workout that gets results – fast! Combining the principles of plyometrics and power agility training, this 30 minute high intensity interval training workout will build a powerful, agile and athletic body.
BODYBALANCE - Gain flexibility and strength in a class that combines the best of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates. The class will leave you feeling centered and calm.
YOGA - Vinyasa means “Breath Flow Movement". Vinyasa yoga is to create heat in the body and increased circulation, revitalizing the body and relaxing the mind.
PILATES - Pilates develops your mind body connection along with your core muscles. Improves tone, strength and core muscles and is great at preventing or rehabilitating injuries.
TAI CHI - Tai chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing.
SUPER CIRCUIT - It's an overall calorie smashing, muscle creating, lactic burning, energy inspiring complete body challenge. Work through each circuit targeting every muscle group through cardiovascular, plyometric and strength training.
EZY CIRCUIT - Low Impact Training, which will help to gain strength for everyday function. The class will focus on movements that will support your joints, enable your muscles to hold your body in its correct position, and allow your body to operate and function in its ideal way.
